WHAT WORK CAN BE DONE ONSITE?
The Safety, The Tune and The Service can all be done onsite along with many mini service jobs i.e. brake bleed, tyres/puncture, wheel truing, gear service etc. Typically most work under 2 hours can be done on site unless they require replacement parts to be ordered. This will be confirmed at time of booking .

WHAT WORK CAN'T BE DONE ONSITE?
The Overhaul service, wheel building, full fork/shock rebuilds or work that is likely to exceed 2 hours and/or require parts to be ordered. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

I ONLY BOOKED ONE BIKE IN CAN YOU DO TWO?
Totally we can but please let us know as soon as possible. Due to time constraints and other bookings for that day we may need to rebook. This can be discussed on the day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BIKE TO BE READY?
Typically onsite work will be done within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the work/service required. The Overhaul service and bigger jobs that need to be taken away are normally a 3-4 day turn around however this will be confirmed at time of booking.

I HAVE A PUNCTURE OR SMALL JOB, CAN YOU HELP?
We sure can help, no job really is too small, but please keep in mind that the minimum labour charge is $60.

WHAT PARTS DO YOU STOCK IN THE BIKE SHOP? We stock most parts for a wide range of bikes from all the big brands to keep you going!
If you want any specific parts/accessories please let us know before you appointment we can totally help and order than in.

I CANNOT SEE AN OPTION FOR ME?
Not to worry, drop me an email or phone call to discuss what you need done.

WHAT IS A 30 MINUTE TIME WINDOW?
We aim to operate within 30 minutes of your scheduled time booking. For example if you have a booking for 10AM, we aim to be there between 930AM-1030AM to keep the flow of bookings for the day. You will also receive a text when we are on our way.

WHAT DOES 3-4 PARTS INSTALLED AND ALL PARTS INSTALLED MEAN?
We strive to be transparent with our prices, this means that if your bike requires parts typically this is how many you can change with the service you selected with no extra labour charge. (i.e 3-4 parts installed on THE TUNE could be two tyres, a new cable and new chain installed to keep you rolling with no extra labour charge!)

All parts installed means any parts your bike requires we do not charge extra labour for fitting them, which is great news for you.

DO YOU SERVICE ELECTRIC BIKES?
Yes we do! We can service all the mechanical side of E-bikes on any brand, but if you have a problem with your electrics we only service Bosch and Shimano components at this stage, check in with us as we are keen to offer options for all with the mobile bicycle shop.

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS?
We can do tyres and tubes only. With any electrical or other issues please see your place of purchase. Often to be done in the mobile bike shop.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA OF THE BIKE SHOP?
We service from Waitara - Hāwera!
Please see the Service Area Map for full details before booking if you're unsure.

DO YOU HAVE A CALL OUT FEE?
No we don't! But there is a minimum labour charge of $60 to bring the bike shop out.

If you are a resident between Inglewood and Hāwera there is a long range fee.

I HAVE A FLEET OF BIKES?

Brilliant! We love bikes and we love fleets, please get in touch to see how we can take care of all your fleet service or management needs.

HOW DO I PAY?
Since we are mobile so is our eftpos! We accept most payment cards.
We can take cash but please note we do not carry change.

HOW DO I BOOK?
The best way is via the online booking system
We will often call you to confirm your booking requirements. Lets you bring the bicycle shop to you!
